Double I type 1 section - di1

This is a section frequently adopted for the modelling of double I steel profiles with distance between the flanges.

Materials and Dimensions

Only one material (steel) needs to be defined.

The required dimensions are as follows:

• Flange width. The default value is 0.2 m
• Flange thickness. The default value is 0.02 m
• Web height. The default value is 0.2 m
• Web thickness. The default value is 0.02 m
• Flange to Flange distance. The default value is 0.05 m
