Elastic - Perfectly plastic gap curve - gap_elpl

The Gap_El curve is characterized by zero stress until the deformation surpases the value of the initial gap and a perfectly elastic behaviour afterwards until the yielding point. After the yielding point the curve enters the plastic region. Kinematic hardening is also available. Four parameters must be defined in order to fully describe the mechanical characteristics of the response curve:

Modulus of elasticity (E)
The default value is 100

Yield Stress (σy)
The default value is 200

Gap (gap)
The default value is 0.4

Hardening ratio (b)
The default value is 0.1
