Getting Started

When opening SeismoBuild a window appears for selecting the new project’s units and rebar typology. The available options are SI and Imperial Units, as well as European sizes and US sizes for rebar typology.

A special Building Modeller facility has been developed and introduced in the program in order to facilitate the creation of building models. Currently, only reinforced concrete buildings can be created with the facility; in subsequent releases of the program steel and composite models will be also supported. The Building Modeller is accessed from the program main window by clicking on the Building Modelling module .
